Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information DigitalTop10 (“we”, “us”) collects on digitaltop10.com, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote or apply, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and state, and the details the form asks for: your vehicle’s year, make, model and mileage; your home type and size; or your business name, industry, revenue, time in business and the amount you need.

Information collected automatically. We record your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, the page that referred you, and campaign codes in the link you followed (such as utm_source or gclid). We keep that campaign information in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab. We do not use advertising cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them.

Consent records. When you submit a form we store the consent wording you agreed to, the time you submitted it, your IP address and your browser details, so we can show that you agreed to be contacted.

How we use your information

To pass your request to the company you selected and the other partners for that category, so they can contact you with quotes or offers.
To contact you about your request.
To keep records of your consent and meet our legal obligations.
To detect and prevent fraud, spam and abuse.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.

With our partners. We share the information you submit, and your consent record, with the companies listed on our partners page for the category you asked about. They may pay us for it, which some state laws treat as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Each partner uses your information under its own privacy policy.

With service providers that host the site, store and route leads, and send email for us, only so they can do that work.

For legal reasons: when the law requires it, to protect our rights or others’ safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Calls, texts and email

If you agree when you submit a form, we and our partners may call or text you, including with automated technology, about your request. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text, ask the caller to stop, or email privacy@digitaltop10.com. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.

Do not sell or share my personal information

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email privacy@digitaltop10.com with the subject “Do not sell or share” and the phone number and email you used. We will stop sharing information you submit to us from then on. Information already passed to a partner is held under that partner’s privacy policy; contact the partner to opt out with them, or ask us and we will pass your request on.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To make a request, email privacy@digitaltop10.com. We will verify your request using the phone number and email you gave us and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent, and you can appeal a decision by replying to our response. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

How long we keep information

We keep lead and consent records for up to five years so we can respond to questions about consent, then delete them. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store submissions outside the public website, and limit who can access them. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

Children

DigitalTop10 is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
