Fast working capital, merchant cash advances and business loans
We compared funding companies on amounts, speed and what it takes to qualify, then ranked them #1 to #10. Tick “Compare” on any two or three to see them side by side.
#1BEST OVERALL · OUR TOP PICK
Deliver Funding
Funding from $10,000 to $5 million, with decisions in as little as 24 hours
Merchant cash advances, lines of credit, short-term loans and equipment financing
Pre-approval with no hard credit pull, and all credit types considered
Funds often arrive 24 to 48 hours after approval
Keep in mind: You need at least 6 months in business and about $10,000 in monthly revenue.
Fast funding usually means a merchant cash advance or short-term loan. Both cost more than a bank loan, so compare the total payback, not just the amount.
Know your factor rate. A $50,000 advance at a 1.30 factor rate means you pay back $65,000, plus any fees.
Check the payment schedule. Most advances take daily or weekly payments from your bank account or card sales.
Ask about early payoff. Some funders, like Credibly and Fora, discount the cost if you repay early.
How we ranked #1 to #10
#1 to #5 are our top picks for small businesses that need fast working capital, and their scores are our editors’ ratings.
#6 to #10 are scored on how the leading review sites rank them. A #1 spot on a site’s list earns 10 points and last place earns 7. We average those, and give extra weight to companies that appear on more sites. A company had to appear on at least two sites to qualify.

FAQs
What is a merchant cash advance?
A merchant cash advance gives you a lump sum now in exchange for a share of your future sales. It is not a loan. You repay it through daily or weekly payments until the agreed amount is paid back.
What is a factor rate?
A factor rate sets the total you repay on an advance. Most fall between about 1.10 and 1.50, so a $50,000 advance at 1.30 costs $65,000 in total, plus any fees.
How fast can I get funded?
Many funders on this page approve applications within hours and send funds the same day or within one to three business days.
Can I qualify with bad credit?
Often, yes. Cash advance providers focus more on your revenue and bank deposits than your credit score, and several on this page accept scores around 500 or have no minimum.
What do I need to apply?
Usually a short application, a government ID and your last three to six months of business bank statements. Larger amounts or SBA loans need more paperwork.
